  Ahdy and Karen bought The Vines in 2002. It was a highly regarded restaurant and bar, and it soon became apparent that there was great demand for guest rooms in the area and The Vines opened it’s 18 rooms in 2006 with 12 being in a separate wing, overlooking lovely Black Bourton Church.

  Ahdy spent many years as Front of House Management in Hilton International Hotels during which intensive training was given in service excellence and customer relations. These skills and qualities are now very evident at The Vines.

  A Sales, Marketing and Training background in a competitive commercial world results in Karen offering an innovative approach to ‘selling’ and marketing. The desire to strive for constant improvement is demonstrated in actively seeking feedback from commercial and individual clients and a customer friendly approach.

Maintaining the highest of standards:

Organisational skills and determination to maintain high standards in accommodation ensure high occupancy levels, satisfied customers, a large number of recommendations and a high volume of repeat business.
