I am writing to thank you and the staff at The Vines for the generous help and hospitality that we received during our stay from 5 to 9 February 2007. During the recent bad weather, with snow and ice stranding members of my team at the Vines, we were able to remain productive thanks to the flexibility, hospitality and good humour received from you and your staff. The ability for us to use the Hotel information technology, communications and other facilities enabled us to remaining focused and effective.
